1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the platform, services, or tools provided by PoloenexVIP (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms contained herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To access our trading services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes.
- PoloenexVIP will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence or compromised devices.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may only be operated by the verified individual registered under the account.
3. Identity Verification (KYC / AML)
To comply with international financial mandates, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) standards, PoloenexVIP reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) prior to executing transactions or processing withdrawals. Failure to provide accurate and legible documentation may result in account restriction or suspension.
4. Digital Asset Transactions & Market Risks
Trading in digital currencies involves significant market risk and high volatility. Prices can fluctuate substantially within brief periods.
- Executed blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible. Ensure all destination addresses are correct prior to sending funds.
- PoloenexVIP is not responsible for market losses, price slippage, or network delays caused by public blockchain congestion.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior on PoloenexVIP, including but not limited to market manipulation, wash trading, unauthorized API scraping, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. Violation of these policies will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to relevant regulatory bodies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoloenexVIP, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.
